Licensure/Certifications: Active medical license, able to push for Emergency Medicine privileges
Experience: Hospitalist experience preferred

What You’ll Do:
Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during night shifts
Manage up to 10 admissions and cross-cover 100-130 patients
Collaborate with support staff to ensure quality patient care
Support ICU coverage alongside night providers
Document and coordinate patient care plans
Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
What You Need:
Active medical license in WA
Ability to obtain Emergency Medicine privileges
Hospitalist experience preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment:
Join a dynamic team providing hospitalist services in a well-established hospital with a patient volume of approximately 100-130 beds. Night coverage involves admissions and cross-covering patients across multiple departments. This role supports maintaining high-quality inpatient care with a focus on patient safety and efficiency.
