HR Generalist - Full-time Hourly position

You will be responsible for supporting various functions within the Human Resources department, including (but not limited to): benefits, employee leave, reporting, training, and enforcement of company policies. You will collaborate with all employees in our region to organize and distribute HR-related information.

Requirements:
Requires at least two years of work experience in human resources, benefits administration, talent acquisition, training and development, or a similar role.
Ability to work independently and also effectively as part of a team.
Ability to act discreetly and professionally in a work environment.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
Must possess at least a two-year college degree.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and the onboarding process for qualified applicants.
Coordinate online background checks.
Organize and conduct engaging new employee orientation programs.
Maintain and manage employee records.
Ensure employees complete mandatory training and continuing education (e.g., safety training, employee handbook training, anti-harassment training, etc.).
Assist with employee benefits programs (open enrollment) and employee leave requests.
Assist the HR manager in coordinating disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
Oversee projects and related training to enhance the experience of internal employees and management.
