CNC Machinist / Production / Manufacturing

We are seeking a CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machining equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, performing machine setups, making tool offsets, and producing precision components that meet quality and production requirements.

Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges.
Monitor production runs to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Troubleshoot machining issues and identify process improvements.
Maintain proper documentation and production records.
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals.
High school diploma or GED required.

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers.
• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Siemens, or similar controls is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and quality issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
