What you will be doing each day As our Engineering Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department to ensure the hotel’s building systems, equipment, and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards. You will manage preventive maintenance programs, oversee capital projects and repairs, ensure life safety compliance, and support all departments by maintaining a safe, efficient, and well maintained property for our guests and associates.

You will supervise and develop the engineering team, coordinate with vendors and contractors, manage departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.

You are a hands on leader with strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. You are organized, responsive, and able to prioritize multiple projects while leading a team with accountability and respect. You are comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends or on call shifts when needed. Experience in hotel engineering or facilities management is required, along with strong leadership and problem solving skills.

Qualifications 5+ years in hotel engineering or commercial facilities maintenance
