Project Manager

Position Overview STV is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager for our PM/CM team in Westchester. The role involves representing the owner on capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations and additions for both new and occupied healthcare facilities. The Manager will manage Capital Program Management and Owners Representative assignments, working with design professionals and contractors to deliver projects and programs for healthcare clients. Key responsibilities include managing all phases of the project life cycle: budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move‑management planning and close‑out services. Responsibilities Lead the project team, establish goals and develop policies and procedures to guide the project or program. Mentor team members and carry out duties assigned by the Project Manager to ensure successful completion. Lead cross‑functional healthcare projects and initiatives with demanding resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Monitor design and construction activities to ensure contractual and corporate quality compliance. Monitor, evaluate, and develop project budgets, cash‑flow analyses, cost estimates, and review purchase orders, change orders, and invoices. Forecast and address potential liabilities and risks. Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules. Ensure project objectives are met. Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Manage conflict resolution. Communicate complex ideas, anticipate concerns, and persuade leadership to adopt positions that facilitate project conclusion. Assist in evaluating, developing, and selecting standards, protocols, policies, and procedures that enable project success. Provide guidance, direction, and instruction to less experienced team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Demonstrated history of managing healthcare or related construction projects. Experience, knowledge, and track record in project management techniques, concepts, principles, and standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels. Ability to creatively resolve issues and supervise people, including recruitment, training, performance management, and development. High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including MS Project and SharePoint. Experience with project management software and applications. Ability to forecast project challenges and define solutions to maintain compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget. Compensation Salary range: $133,635.31 – $152,726.06.
