We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, mission-focused healthcare organization serving the Northern California coast. Monday-Friday schedule (5 x 8-hour shifts)

• Team-based care model
• Two dedicated Medical Assistants per provider
• RN support (0.7 FTE per provider)
• Virtual triage services
• Integrated behavioral health support
• Chiropractic, acupuncture, and telepsychiatry services
• Six-month physician mentorship and onboarding program

Comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine

Care for patients across the lifespan

Preventive care and chronic disease management

Collaborative multidisciplinary care model

Strong administrative and clinical support

Opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

Promote preventive medicine and wellness

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and specialists

Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives

Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Eligible for California medical licensure

Passion for serving medically underserved communities

Excellent communication and collaborative care skills

Previous outpatient primary care experience

New graduates are encouraged to apply

Up to $44,000 annual productivity bonus

• $12,400 annual access bonus (paid bi-weekly)
