Real Estate Paralegal (Part Time)
Northampton Community College
Position Overview Credit part‑time adjunct faculty teaching positions in the Paralegal, Legal Studies, and Business Law programs. Positions may be offered at the Bethlehem, PA campus, Pocono campus in Tannersville, PA, and/or online as blended or asynchronous modalities.

Business Law I and II (Business and Legal Studies majors)
Responsibilities Teach assigned courses in one or more of the specified subject areas.
Prepare course materials, lectures, and assignments in accordance with program standards.
Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and administer examinations.
Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation to the college.
Participate in course and program assessments to support continuous improvement.
When teaching online, complete required training in the learning management system.
Qualifications Juris Doctorate with a license to practice law, or a master's degree in a legal field with experience as a paralegal.
Local experience in the practice of law preferred.
Teaching experience is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse learners.
Special Instructions Adjunct positions are assigned on a semester‑by‑semester basis; availability will be reviewed from a pre‑screened pool of candidates.
Successful candidates will be required to submit official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended.
