We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Specialist to join our team and play a key role in attracting, assessing, and securing top talent for our organization.
In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, source and engage candidates, and guide them through the recruitment process. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
Post job openings on internal and external platforms to attract top talent
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates
Attend in-person and virtual job/career fairs
Provide support or coverage to other HR Team members as needed
2-3 years of strong recruiting experience with proven track record of sourcing candidates and maintaining a candidate pipeline across multiple functional areas
~ Considerable skill in interviewing techniques and creative writing ability

Third-party recruiting experience, particularly in the healthcare or education fields
Experience utilizing social networking for recruiting purposes, and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Travel and work outside of normal hours may be required for meetings, presentations, trainings, and career fairs.
