Weekend Matron

Hirebridge in Manhattan is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager for Sub-Acute floors to oversee nursing care and ensure compliance with quality standards and policies. The role requires leadership to direct staff and coordinate care to meet residents’ plans of care.
The Nurse Manager will communicate with Nursing Administration, monitor care quality, and participate in budget and staff development initiatives. The position includes a weekday day shift with weekend rotation every 4th week.
