A minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a hospital, rehab, or long-term care setting is required.This position may involve rotating shifts, weekend and holiday coverage, and occasional floating between units. Compliance and onboarding typically take 4–6 weeks. Voice screening and a hiring manager interview are required.
