The Role: High-Acuity Care in a New Frontier Are you looking for the clinical complexity of a big‑city ICU with the lifestyle of a premier outdoor destination? The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare system in Wausau to staff a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art Cardiac Tower .
You’ll manage complex cardiothoracic and post‑surgical patients in a unit designed with the latest medical technology and a workflow built for nurse efficiency.

RN license (WI or compact eligible).
Experience: Whether you are an experienced RN or a New Graduate with a passion for critical care, we provide the mentorship you need.
ACLS preferred (we will provide training if needed).
