2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
~3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM

High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical, trade school, or vocational training in Machining Technology preferred.
Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience.
Experience operating multi-axis CNC lathes, mills, and mill-turn machines.
Ability to perform machine setups, adjust offsets, and make program edits.
Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, comparators, and CMM equipment.
Aerospace manufacturing, GD&T, and CMM inspection experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout scheduled shifts.
Capable of working in a manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
Set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture precision aerospace components.
Perform machining operations while meeting production goals and quality requirements.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary machine adjustments.
Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
Maintain accurate production documentation and quality records.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following all company safety and quality procedures.
