Logistics Dispatcher -Temp to hire opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating the transportation of vehicles and equipment, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. We are currently hiring for both day and night shifts. Please note that all candidates must be available for the initial training period.

Initial Training: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Thursday through Sunday. (Note: Day configurations can be flexible based on candidate availability, but weekend shifts are required).
Day Shift: Three weekdays from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, plus every Saturday from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Fleet Monitoring: Utilize GPS technology to optimize routing and monitor real-time fleet movements.
System Management: Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to maintain efficient daily operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, clients, and stakeholders using a multi-line phone system.
Documentation & Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry and maintain meticulous records of transports, including shipping and receiving documentation.
Compliance: Ensure all operations remain compliant with safety regulations and company policies.
Strong understanding of transportation management, freight dispatching, and fleet operations.
Excellent analysis skills for evaluating and improving operational efficiency.
Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for seamless interaction with team members and clients.
Administrative Skills: Fast and proficient typing skills for accurate data entry.
