Role:
Provide nursing care in an outpatient dialysis setting, including medications and treatments, individualized care plans, documentation, patient/family education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
? Requirements

3+ years of Dialysis RN experience
Current Wisconsin RN license
AHA Provider Level BLS
AHA Provider Level ACLS
Education verification
Strong clinical judgment and patient safety skills
