Head of Project Management

Project Manager

In this role, you'll guide teams, serve customers with excellence, and help deliver work that reflects the high standards our employees, clients, and partners have come to expect from Procon.

As a Project Manager at Procon, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, take ownership of your projects, and make an impact every day.

Lead commercial concrete projects from planning through closeout

Manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and project documentation

Partner with customers, project teams and trade partners to ensure successful delivery

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all contract requirements

5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction project management

Strong knowledge of ACI specifications, ADA requirements, and industry best practices (tilt-up, flatwork, slabs, hot/cold weather concreting, etc.)
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Foundation, Google Suite, Excel, and Bluebeam
ability to travel for projects
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
