Description:
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery.
The position is for the day shift working three 12-hour shifts per week.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
The role involves caring for patients in a labor and delivery setting.
Patient ratios are typically 1:1 or 2:1.
You may be required to float to the postpartum unit.
The unit consists of 15 labor beds, 7 ante, and 4 pre/post beds.
Candidates must possess effective communication and patient care skills.
Familiarity with external fetal monitoring and EMR systems is required.
