Finance Manager

A growing, privately backed manufacturing organization is seeking a Finance Manager to support continued expansion and operational excellence. This is a highly visible role that will partner with finance leadership and operations teams to drive reporting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Lead tax compliance, reporting, and filing activities.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support cash flow planning, capital expenditure tracking, and fixed asset management.

Participate in inventory-related financial analysis and reporting.

Partner with operations and accounting teams to improve processes and financial visibility.

Provide leadership with actionable financial insights and recommendations.

Assist with ERP utilization, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.

Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or product-based environment.

Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.

Background supporting multi-site operations.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, D365, or similar ERP systems.

Ability to work cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and operations leaders.
