Head of Engineering & Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager from the AEC industry, preferably in structural engineering, to manage a multi-million dollar structural engineering project focused on NPC/SPC initiatives with HCAI (formerly OSHPD) in California. This is a hybrid position in our Orange office. This position could also be filled with a temporary/contract employee with the option to convert from temporary to regular status in the future.

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented project manager with strong leadership and communication skills who is capable of driving complex, high‑stakes projects to completion within strict regulatory frameworks.
