Nephrology Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across clinic, dialysis centers, and hospital settings . This role offers a strong balance of autonomy and physician collaboration , managing patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) . This position will oversee clinics in the Clarksville and Dickson, TN market.

Develop and manage individualized patient care plans

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Dialysis Responsibilities:

Manage hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients

Participate in monthly care plan meetings

Support dialysis staff and ensure continuity of care

Clinic & Hospital Responsibilities:

Provide inpatient support for nephrology patients

Coordinate care with external providers and facilities

Licensed, Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) , Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Tennessee (or eligible)

Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program, Master's or above Educational Level

1+ year of clinical experience preferred (nephrology experience a plus)

Salary depends on education level, licensure & certifications, and years of relevant/specialized care experience.

Combination of outpatient clinic, dialysis centers, and hospital rounding

Some local travel required
