Bar Admission: TX preferred; Active US Bar; FL preferred; CO preferred.

Labor & Employment Partner (Environmental/OSHA)
Location: United States
Compensation: $200K‑$350K+ excluding bonus
Experience: 10+ Years
Work Model: Remote/Hybrid
Focus: 10+ years environmental lawyer focused on workplace safety regulations; environmental compliance, OSHA/workplace safety, permitting, EPA challenges, employer counseling, and portable business; approximately $500K portable book for income partner or $1M (flexible) for equity partner.
Labor & Employment Partner – Fort Lauderdale
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Compensation: $200K‑$350K+ excluding bonus
Experience: 10+ Years
Work Model: Hybrid
Focus: 10+ years labor and employment law; employer‑side practice; portable book around $1M (portable); autonomous partner‑level practice; client service, compliance, counseling, litigation, employment claims, agency matters, cross‑selling within national L&E platform.
Healthcare Regulatory Partner – Denver
Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: $200K‑$350K+ excluding bonus
Experience: 10+ Years
Work Model: Hybrid
Focus: 10+ years practicing attorney with labor/employment and healthcare regulatory/compliance focus; healthcare regulatory and compliance matters; portable book around $1M (flexible); practice expansion within specialized employer‑side platform; client counseling and autonomous practice management.
