Needing Commercial Roofers - Full Time

Job Title: Commercial Roofing Laborer

Southern Minnesota (travel to job sites required)

Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as commercial roofing laborers. In this role, you will assist with the installation of a variety of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing. This position is ideal for candidates who are hardworking, safety-focused, and interested in developing skills in the construction and roofing industry.

Assist with installation of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing)

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites

Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations

Support roofing crew with tasks as directed by the foreman or superintendent

Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials

Assist with waterproofing, flashing, and sealing roof penetrations

Experience in roofing or general construction preferred, but not required

Knowledge of commercial roofing systems is a plus

Reliable transportation to job sites
