Head of Project Management

The Project Manager will interpret the scope of a new contract as defined by sales and management, coordinate and manage projects from concept through completion, develop and maintain a baseline schedule, adhere to an established budget and interact with the customer on a regular basis.

Coordinate the contract review once awarded.

Coordinate the following processes/departments associated with manufacturing operations:

Document control

Data book Compilation

Arrange customer meetings to review schedules, issues, and action items.

Responsible for monitoring and reporting of all aspects of assigned projects to both internal and external customers. Including schedules, costs, supply chain performance, issues and action items.

Coordinate drawing and document submittals, approvals, distribution, and revision control.

Maintain a strong working relationship with the customer’s third-party inspection companies.

Accountable for Progress Billing Report and customer communication regarding aged receivables.

Certified Associate in PMP or PMP

3-5 year's experience associated with project management of manufactured and fabricated offshore drilling and production equipment, or similar equipment

Computer literate with emphasis on Microsoft word, Excel, and Project

Strong planning and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical data to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experienced in machine shop/welding environment
