FULL TIME Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join a highly respected family law practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in Family Law, Civil Law, Juvenile Law, or judicial clerkship , along with strong research, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
The attorney will handle complex legal matters, work closely with clients and senior attorneys, pursue negotiated settlements when appropriate, and be prepared to litigate when necessary.
Key Responsibilities Handle family law matters, including complex dissolution of marriage and related litigation.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Analyze complex legal issues and develop effective case strategies.
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
Participate in settlement discussions, mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders.
Manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals on complex matters.
Qualifications 1-5 years of attorney experience.
Active Colorado Bar admission or ability to practice in Colorado.
Experience in Family Law, Civil Law, or Juvenile Law preferred.
Judicial law clerk experience is a plus.
Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
Strong oral communication and courtroom advocacy skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to work full‑time in the downtown Denver office .
