Help Desk IT Support / Technical Support

Our very good Law Firm client in Uniondale, Long Island has an immediate need for a Service Desk Specialist with a strong help desk/technical support background to provide end-user support in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 support, PC deployment and imaging, onboarding/offboarding users, mobile device support, conference room A/V setup, and participation in internal IT projects.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience supporting legal applications, document management systems, financial applications, or litigation support platforms is a plus.
This is a hybrid, temp-to-perm opportunity based in Uniondale, NY
