Summary: The Receptionist greets and welcomes patients and visitors to theclinic,demonstratingstronginterpersonalskills and a professional demeanor. appropriately handling phone calls;entering demographics, insurance, and other pertinent information inthe Electronic Health Record and othervarious systems; Hours: Part Time
Performspatient check-in at the time of visit and completes allstepsnecessary to ensure the admitting process is efficient andin compliance withall clinic and regulatory policies.
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
Copy/scan patient access related hardcopy materials (e.g.into the correct location in the electronic medical record.
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population serve within three (3) months of hire.
Requires the ability to read, write and understand the English language, and communicate effectively withpatient, visitors,and colleagues while performing their job duties.
High school diploma or equivalentrequired.
Mustpossessa personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
