Head of Supply Chain and Procurement

JOB SUMMARY The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing regional procurement, receiving, inventory control, warehouse coordination, and supplier management functions. This position ensures the effective sourcing, purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods and services required to support business operations. The Procurement Manager drives cost-saving initiatives, maintains compliance with company policies and internal controls, develops supplier partnerships, and provides leadership to purchasing and receiving teams while supporting operational and financial objectives. This position will require up to 40% traveling within the state of Wyoming.
SCOPE This position partners closely with property leadership, department managers, finance teams, warehouse personnel, and suppliers to support procurement strategies and operational efficiency across the region. The Procurement Manager oversees purchasing and receiving operations, contract administration, competitive bidding activities, inventory management, supplier performance, and procurement reporting while ensuring compliance with company standards and budgetary expectations.
Lead all regional purchasing, receiving, inventory, and warehouse-related activities to ensure goods and services are acquired, received, stocked, and distributed accurately and efficiently.
Manage competitive bidding processes, including RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract recommendations.
Establish and maintain productive supplier relationships while monitoring vendor performance, service levels, pricing compliance, and contractual obligations.
Oversee receiving operations to ensure purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries are accurately matched, verified, and processed in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, storage practices, and replenishment activities to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize waste, shortages, and overstock situations.
Partner with department leaders and property management to identify operational needs, develop procurement plans, and support budget objectives.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and present procurement reports, supplier scorecards, inventory analyses, budget performance summaries, and cost-savings results to management.

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or related field preferred.
Minimum of three to five years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
Experience with inventory management systems, procurement software, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Strong knowledge of sourcing practices, supplier negotiations, contract administration, inventory controls, and purchasing principles.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs dictate.
