Rod Buster - WEEKLY PAY

Rodbuster Position
We are currently hiring Rodbusters in Orlando, FL for on-going projects. Pay is $25- $28 per hour based on experience and skill set. As a rodbuster you are responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing reinforcing steel and structural frameworks used in large-scale custom fabrication projects. The ideal rodbuster candidate has experience reading blueprints, tying rebar, and working with precision to support specialty builds in a manufacturing environment. OSHA 10 required - training can be provided for qualified candidates.
Rodbuster Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, bend, and tie reinforcing steel according to project requirements
Assemble and secure rebar cages, frameworks, and structural components
Use hand and power tools to fabricate and install reinforcing steel
Verify measurements and maintain quality standards
Work closely with welders, fabricators, carpenters, and production team
Rodbuster Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Rod Buster, Ironworker, Rebar Installer, or Structural Steel Fabricator.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
Experience cutting, bending, and tying reinforcing steel.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience in custom fabrication, precast concrete, structural steel, or specialty manufacturing is preferred
OSHA 10 required - training can be provided for qualified candidates
