Production Packager - Dayshift

Warehouse PackerTo inspect and pack the final product so it can be stored in the warehouse for shipment.Specific ResponsibilitiesSort out all defective products before packing.Correctly pack the product into the proper packaging per the dispo.Tape boxes neatly and securelyAssure the correct product code/labels are on the box.Place boxes on the proper skid with the correct amount of cases per layer and per skid.Keep packing area neat, clean, and safe. Assisting in sweeping and keeping product off the floor.Communicate to Lead of any quality or sealer problems.Complete all necessary paperwork and all required documentation.Assist other positions within the department as needed.Follow all department and machine rules and procedures.Complete all special projects and/or assignments as directed by the Lead or Supervisor.Other duties as assignedExperiencePrevious manufacturing experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye and attention to detail.
