This is a phone‑based sales recruiting role (not HR) and is 100% in‑office in Roseville, CA. This role is ideal for someone who loves fast‑paced work, thrives on relationship‑building, and is motivated by both personal and team success. A bachelor's degree or at least one year of sales experience is required.
Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified clinicians through various recruiting tools.
Complete all aspects of the pre-employment processes including resume building, reference checks, background/drug tests, pre-employment testing.
Responsible for all compliance requirements, including tracking and updating various certifications, medical documents, and employment-related documents.
Manage contract employees while on assignment.
Work with Account Managers to identify top facility accounts, target clinical skill sets, and to assess facility staffing requirements.
Be available as needed before/after typical office hours.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, web-based databases and be internet savvy.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, sales, or another revenue-generating role.
Demonstrated proficiency with modern business software and technology.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

At FlexCare Medical Staffing, we believe that pay transparency is essential for building trust and supporting a culture of fairness and accountability. Starting pay for this position starts at $22.00/hour with a guaranteed 10 hours of overtime per week . This role offers an estimated annual compensation range of $45,760 to $150,000+ , including base pay, commissions and quarterly bonus incentives.
