Our unified commerce platform is built for big, supporting all types of events, from festivals to global arena tours, and an almost limitless suite of commerce offerings beyond admission tickets.The OpportunityWe're looking for a Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our growing Sales Revenue team and become the connective tissue between our sellers, our systems, and our story. This is a builder's seat for someone early in their career who wants real ownership: you'll run the programs, tools, and collateral that make our reps sharper in every conversation, and you'll get hands-on with the AI systems and dashboards that keep the revenue engine honest. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Design, and Marketing as Tixr scales globally.ResponsibilitiesBecome proficient in Tixr's sales technology stack — including CRM, reporting, forecasting, enablement, and BI tools — and partner with the Head of Sales Operations to maintain data integrity and accurate, real-time pipeline reportingEvolve and manage Tixr's Sales Ambassador Program, including onboarding, ongoing communications, engagement initiatives, and participant benefitsOwn and continuously improve our sales presentations and collateral — Figma, Google Slides, video promos (with the design team), case studies, and other enablement resources for every stage of the sales cyclePartner with the in-house design team, working within approved brand guidelines, to develop AI-powered tools that help reps generate customized client success reports (Claude or similar)Support the implementation of AI-driven workflow automations across lead routing, follow-ups, and renewals to reduce manual work and lift rep productivityPartner with the Head of Sales Operations to maintain and extend our dashboards, keeping pipeline health, rep performance, win/loss drivers, and expansion revenue current and trustworthyDevelop and maintain automated reporting that tracks each rep's weekly and monthly activity against defined performance metricsPartner with in-house marketing specialists on the day-to-day of our inbound engine — lead capture, qualification hygiene, and routing — to increase the volume and quality of legitimate inbound opportunitiesRun onboarding for new reps day-to-day — training coordination, knowledge testing, and building out the Tixr sales certification programBuild and package the executive-ready materials behind revenue performance, market opportunity, and strategic sales reviews — turning raw pipeline and campaign data into something leadership can act onQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field1-3 years in sales enablement, sales/revenue operations, marketing operations, or a sales support role — high-growth tech or SaaS preferredWorking knowledge of CRM (HubSpot preferred) and comfort learning BI and reporting toolsStrong presentation and storytelling instincts, with hands-on experience in Figma, Google Slides, or similar design toolsCuriosity and fluency with modern AI tools, and an appetite to use them to automate the boring partsThe PerksOpen VacationPaid EquipmentTeam Offsites / EventsTicket hookups!We exclusively power 500 of the most respected live entertainment brands in 40 countries including Wynn Nightlife, Riot Fest, Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, Riot Games Arena, Luke Bryan’s Crash My Playa, Sturgis Buffalo Chip, Lightning in a Bottle among many others.
