Credit Banker

Assist branch in meeting monthly performance standards and maintain individual performance standards.

Interview members, process applications for all types of consumer loans, and review application documentation for completeness and accuracy according to credit union compliance guidelines.

Conduct all member account functions: process requests for new services, provide counseling, and cross‑sell appropriate credit union products or services to benefit the member and achieve established sales goals.

Assist members with opening and closing accounts, answer questions about products and services, and resolve problems within authority or refer to supervisor with recommendations.

Accurately receive, inspect, and verify cash and negotiable instruments for deposit; accept loan payments and other monetary transactions as directed and in accordance with established policies; balance transaction input at end of each workday.

Accurately processes account entries and transactions, writes routine reports, and constructs professional and grammatically correct correspondence.
