HELP WANTED:
Facility Supervisor First United Methodist Church of Florence, which includes an on-site day school, seeks a full-time Facility Supervisor to oversee maintenance, operations, and security of church & day school facilities. Responsibilities include HVAC monitoring, minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting), supervising cleaning, coordinating event setup, managing supplies, maintaining grounds, and ensuring overall facility safety. Qualifications: Maintenance experience preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs), a valid drivers license, and must pass a background check. Must be available for flexible hours, including Sundays.
