Health & Safety Officers

Actively participate in a 12-month development program designed to provide broad exposure to Linde's operations while building technical and leadership capabilities through on-the-job experiences, project assignments, mentoring, and formal training

You will support the implementation and continuous improvement of Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) programs across manufacturing, distribution, and operational facilities

Partner with site leadership and operational teams to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

You are expected to assist in conducting workplace safety assessments, risk evaluations, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking

Support environmental compliance activities, including inspections, audits, reporting, and sustainability initiatives

You will participate in special SH&E projects and continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing risk, improving employee well-being, and enhancing environmental performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational excellence through hazard reduction, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies as needed to support SH&E objectives

Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and company safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements

You hold a bachelor's degree required in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Industrial Hygiene, or a related field

1-2 years’ work experience, including internships in designated degree areas required

Knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems a plus

Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community

You will be innovative, flexible, committed, ambitious and determined

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for workplace safety, environmental stewardship and continuous improvement

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

You have actively contributed to a safety culture that delivers both best‑in‑class safety and business performance

Knowledgeof Power BI and Power Applications a plus
