The Grey serves Chef Mashama Bailey’s take on port city southern cuisine in a restored 1938 art deco Greyhound bus depot with a focus on european wines and warm hospitality. Working the stations in the kitchen to prepare food items
- Accurately handling food items to minimize waste
- Upholding service preparation and culinary standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Participating in service/culinary education sessions
- 1 year culinary experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cook ing techniques, food preparation, and knife handling
