Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate!
Pay: $16.50 per hour + Weekly Performance Bonus (Details below.)
Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.
Location: Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores
HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.
Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores
Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
Responsible for maintaining professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store
Train retail store associates on HP products and services
Friday + Saturday & Sunday availability
Paid training completed online
$25 per month Technology Reimbursement

In addition to your hourly pay, you can earn a weekly performance bonus:

Up to $100 extra per week based on your individual sales performance

Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus
Training or product demonstration experience is a plus

Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
Direct customers by escorting them to displays; Advise customers by providing information on products and services
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
Accurately document and report sales
Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
Performance Measurements:
Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
High school diploma or equivalent required
Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
