We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Human Resources Assistant to support our client in Greensboro in their HR department during a short-term assignment. This role will assist with a variety of administrative and compliance-related HR functions and is ideal for someone with previous HR experience and strong computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Review and process PTO and time-off requests
Assist with employee benefits administration and audits
Conduct I-9 and personnel file audits to ensure compliance
Review employee records for accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidential HR documents and information
Support general HR administrative tasks and special projects
Assist with data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications:
Previous Human Resources experience preferred
Experience with Paycom
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
