Housekeeper / Cleaning - Full Time

Base Pay $21.15 / Hour

Description
Responsibilities Clean and sanitize resident apartments, common areas, bathrooms, and offices according to schedule
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
Empty trash receptacles and disinfect restrooms
Wash and dry residents’ clothing per schedule
Stock housekeeping carts and closets properly
Follow infection control procedures and Universal Precautions
Report maintenance issues and hazardous conditions promptly
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities
Requirements
Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to work under time constraints and maintain professionalism
Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to: Light Work: 20 lbs frequently
Medium Work: 50 lbs occasionally

Exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and varying temperatures
Ability to climb, kneel, and perform repetitive motions
Non-Physical Demands Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and courteous demeanor with residents and staff

Position Summary The Housekeeper performs cleaning services throughout the Willow Gardens building, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
This position is full-time (30+hrs/week) NON-UNION.
