Food Runner, **Nights and Weekends**

Food Runner
Casa Madera is a coastal-inspired dining experience where the spirit of the Riviera Maya meets elevated Mexican cuisine. The Food Runner plays a key role in maintaining the flow of service between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, ensuring all food is delivered accurately, efficiently, and at the proper temperature. Food Runners contribute to smooth service flow by supporting timely service, maintaining presentation standards, and assisting with table maintenance throughout the dining experience.
Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to guests, accurately identifying each dish and verifying order details and modifications
Maintain clear and consistent communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to support smooth service flow
Ensure all food is served at the appropriate temperature and in accordance with presentation standards
Proactively anticipate the needs of servers, kitchen staff, and guests during service
Previous experience in a fine-dining or full-service restaurant environment preferred
Ability to follow verbal instructions provided in English and assist with guest needs or concerns
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for the duration of assigned shifts and lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds
