Paralegal - Temp to Perm

This position focuses on commercial transactions, providing support for residential title work for properties in Iowa. Responsibilities Examine abstracts of title, public records, and legal documents to determine the status of title for commercial properties.

Ensure compliance with Iowa Title Guaranty program requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of program changes.

Assist with curative work and coordinate with abstractors and legal professionals as needed.
