You'll ensure food quality, maintain cleanliness standards, and collaborate with team members to meet client needs. Your creativity and adaptability will be valued as you prepare alternative meals to accommodate dietary restrictions and contribute ideas for menu planning.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to established menus and USDA guidelines

Maintain food quality standards and record temperatures for each meal

Minimize food waste and utilize leftovers within mandated timeframes

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas

Contribute ideas for menu planning and nutrition improvements

Prepare food for special events as requested

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum of one year of employment history in food service or related field
