Seeking a Sr Mechanical Engineer for a high growth chemical manufacturing client in the Fremont, CA area.
The Sr Mechanical Engineer would be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and components. This role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional collaboration to support product performance, manufacturing efficiency, and innovation.

Full-Lifecycle Mechanical Design: Lead design, material selection, analysis, and validation of mechanical systems from concept through commercial production.
Plant Operations & Capital Projects: Drive facility expansions, utility tie-ins, equipment layouts, and commissioning while maintaining alignment with core plant processes and P&IDs.
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless design implementation and vendor integration.
Research and integrate emerging technologies to solve complex engineering challenges and advance competitive positioning.
