Sunny Pediatric Services is a close‑knit, multidisciplinary team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and an on‑staff IBCLC who are deeply committed to providing exceptional, family‑centered care to infants and young children in the Tallahassee community. Our team prioritizes ongoing learning, mentorship, and creating a work environment where therapists feel supported, valued, and inspired.

We are looking for an SLP who lights up when working with little ones — someone who is curious, compassionate, and eager to grow in the specialized world of infant and pediatric therapy. Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations for infants and young children.

Developing individualized, meaningful treatment plans rooted in each child's unique needs.

Providing therapy across a variety of settings — in our office, in family homes, and at daycares.

Building genuine rapport with families and empowering caregivers through education and coaching.

Collaborating with a warm, supportive multidisciplinary team to create the best possible outcomes for the children we serve.

Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.

Florida SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC‑SLP).

Experience with or a strong interest in working with infants and young children.
