The Company is in search of a Vice President of Investor Relations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling the investor relations function, serving as the primary liaison between the company and the investment community. This role requires a strategic and experienced professional with a deep understanding of financial modeling, SaaS metrics, and capital markets, ideally within high-growth technology companies. The VP of Investor Relations will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and key external stakeholders, as well as crafting and delivering the investment narrative in alignment with the company's financial performance and long-term vision.
Applicants for the Vice President of Investor Relations position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in investor relations, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic communications. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to synthesize financial and strategic insights into compelling messaging. Experience in IPOs or late-stage private company readiness is preferred, along with a background in navigating media and public market scrutiny. The VP of Investor Relations will work closely with the CFO, VP of Finance & Strategy, and other executive leaders to ensure that all public financial disclosures meet regulatory standards and accurately reflect the company's performance.
