At Rocket Farm Restaurants, the core philosophy that defines our culture is "We serve the person who is serving the guest." Our culture is not something we act out on the floor of the restaurant. It starts with how we treat and serve one another in the kitchen with dignity, respect, and care. We believe there should be no difference in how we treat and serve one another in the kitchen and how we treat and serve our guests in the dining room. Superica brings sunshine to the Queen City's Strawberry Hill neighborhood, with an Old-West inspired, relaxed yet upbeat vibe and Tex-Mex cuisine served over brunch, lunch, dinner, and the city's best margaritas.
Superica is seeking an experienced Server to join our Strawberry Hill team!
The Server is an energetic and enthusiastic ambassador for Superica and its Texas-inspired vibes, guiding guests through the menu and educating them on this regional American cuisine. He/she is responsible for serving guests in a courteous and professional manner, proactively taking cues from guests' demeanors to gauge their level of satisfaction and happiness in order to quickly address any potential issues that arise. Competitive pay - $2.13 to $8.00/hr. + Dynamic performance-based raises and promotions
