CORE Remodeling Services, Inc. is a growing residential remodeling contractor serving Worcester County, MetroWest Massachusetts, and Northern Connecticut. We specialize in creating beautiful, functional spaces through thoughtful renovations and high-quality craftsmanship.

CORE Remodeling Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to own and manage a portfolio of residential remodeling projects from start to finish.

This position serves as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects, ensuring organized project execution, quality workmanship, strong communication, and an exceptional homeowner experience. The ideal candidate has strong residential construction experience, excellent communication skills, and takes ownership of projects while maintaining CORE's commitment to professionalism and quality.

Own residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations
Independently manage day-to-day project decisions while proactively identifying challenges and bringing forward solutions
Create and manage project schedules using JobTread project management software
Coordinate lead carpenters, trade partners, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, materials, and project resources to keep projects moving forward
Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with plans and building requirements
Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, and communication within JobTread
Review project performance, work-in-progress reports, and estimate versus actual reports with the Production Manager
Identify scope changes, cost concerns, and project issues early, recommending solutions and managing change order documentation as needed
Complete accurate daily time tracking by assigning hours worked to specific projects
Manage project closeout activities, including completion lists, final documentation, and project summaries

5+ years of project management experience in residential remodeling or residential construction

• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and building practices
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client expectations
• Experience using construction project management software such as JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar platforms to manage schedules, documentation, communication, and project tracking
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, architectural drawings, and construction documents
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of project outcomes
• Professional Appearance: Logo-branded clothing will be provided. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field

Full Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
This role typically requires 40–50 hours per week, with flexibility needed based on project schedules, client needs, and trade partner availability
