Paralegal Full-time Position

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (On-Site)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are partnering with a growing and well-established personal injury law firm seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (English/Spanish) to join its pre-litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact on clients' lives.

Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through demand preparation.

Open and manage insurance claims while communicating with insurance adjusters.

Request, track, and organize medical records, medical bills, and other case-related documentation.

Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and third parties to obtain necessary records.

Assist with preparing demand packages and other legal documentation.

Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team as needed.

Previous experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases is required.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher .

Collaborative, professional, and eager to grow within a supportive legal team.
