Architect Hospitality and Retail Projects

Our client is local to St. Louis, MO and is a full-service architectural design firm providing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects in the Education, Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial, Restaurant/Retail, and Workplace sectors. Their growing firm offers an engaging and collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on impactful, gratifying, and projects of all sizes and types across the region. Project Architect Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience in relative project types prefered but not required.
• A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Experience leading a project team and client presentations.

* Project Architect Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material, etc.
• Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.
