Our Material Handling segment at Alta Equipment Group is seeking an Operations Manager to run our Muskegon and Zeeland branch locations. The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of the parts and service departments along with daily branch operations. Oversee all aspects of operations

Drive business to meet forecasted goals while adding growth

P&L for Parts and Service

Employee and customer relations

Monitor building condition

Inventory control

Fluent in the operations of the Parts and Service department in order to cover for any staff that may be off

CapEx building upgrade budgets

Qualifications A minimum of 4-6 years of management experience

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Time management skills

Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Business Intelligence (BI); Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Reasoning Ability - High: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
