Our Labor & Employment practice represents employers in complex workplace disputes and employment litigation. The team handles matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour claims, class and collective actions, regulatory investigations, and other employment-related disputes. Attorneys have the opportunity to work across the litigation lifecycle while partnering closely with clients to develop strategies tailored to their business objectives.
Flexible Work Schedules!
from an accredited law school and active state bar admission or similar plus:
- 3+ Years of Labor & Employment Litigation experience
- Strong management-side employment litigation experience, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and/or wage-and-hour claims
- Hands-on litigation experience including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and case strategy
