Active RN license (eligible to practice in Tennessee)

• Recent PCU / med-surg or ICU nursing experience; burn care experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and meet scheduling requirement of minimum four weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• Provide direct nursing care for patients on a 12-bed Burn ICU/PCU, managing acuity consistent with 2:1 ICU and 4:1 med/surg/PCU ratios
• Follow unit staffing assignments, collaborate with charge RN, PCTs, and unit secretaries, and float per facility policy
• Maintain required certifications (BLS, ACLS) and adhere to unit dress code (navy scrubs) and local policies
• Fulfill schedule commitments, including the required minimum weekend shifts

• This is a 13-week travel RN assignment (1 position) in Nashville, TN on a 12-bed Burn ICU/PCU unit. The role requires a licensed RN with PCU or med/surg critical care experience to work 12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:00). Nurses will care for high-acuity patients (ICU 2:1; med/surg/PCU 4:1), manage ventilators and specialty beds, and support CRRT when needed. The schedule requires a minimum of four weekend shifts every four weeks, and contract staff are expected to float when necessary. navy scrubs are the unit dress code.
